Cancellation policy

We ask that you notify us by email as soon as possible if a booking is to be cancelled or changed.

If you can’t meet the conditions for participation*, notify us by email as soon as possible. If this results in a cancellation of your participation, the following cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation policy — Accommodation

• In case of cancellation more than 1 month prior to the retreat, the accommodation fee is only refundable if we find someone else to take your place. It is not refundable if we don't find someone else to take your place.
• In case of cancellation within 1 month prior to the retreat, the accommodation fee is not refundable even if we find someone else to take your place.

Cancellation policy — WildTantra Retreat

• The prepayment fee of €400 is non-refundable for any reason.
• In case, for whatever reason, you decide to leave during the retreat, you are not eligible for any refund.
• If WildTantra changes or cancels the retreat, you will be informed by email before the scheduled event starts.
• In case of cancellation by WildTantra, you will receive a full refund of the prepayment you made for this retreat. In case of cancellation by Arcana, you will also receive a full refund of the prepayment.
• In case WildTantra is forced to cancel a retreat due to force majeure, including measures taken by the government, WildTantra will try its best to reschedule the retreat. If this is not possible, your payment will be refunded minus €50 administration costs.
• In any case of change or cancellation, WildTantra is not liable for any travel expenses you might have made, or any other costs related to preparing for the event.
• It is not possible to transfer your payment to another retreat.

Conditions for Participation

These are the conditions that need to be met to follow a retreat.

• You have to be present at all retreat days and can’t arrive later, leave earlier or skip practices.
• WildTantra has the right to ask a person to leave the retreat in case their behaviour does not align with the WildTantra Ethical Code of Conduct, which promotes respectful behaviour within a sacred space. In this case, our cancellation policy will apply.
• If you can’t meet these conditions, this will result in a cancellation of your participation in the retreat, and our cancellation policy will apply. Cancellation can happen before or during a retreat.
